Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We can accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payment via paypal. We are unable to accept American Express at this time.
All payments are secure and handled by Opayo (Formaly Sage Pay) & Payment Sense Direct.
When confirmation of an order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note any orders placed after 15:00 GMT will not ship until the following working day.
Cancelled / NON Delivered / Collected Orders
Unfortunatelty, we are unable to cancel any orders that have been placed prior to shipping. Unwanted items can be returned (Please see the returns section)
Orders that have shipped and returned to sender becuase they have tried to be delivered and or not collected will incur a £5.00 restocking fee and also the return to sender delivery charge will be incured.
Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped using DHL Express, Royal Mail 24/48 and International tracked and signed services.
If you are not in to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can arrange to collect from your nearest depot or arrange to collect from your local post office.
The Double Box service means that the shoebox is packaged inside a dual layer cardboard box for added protection.
We will send confirmation of your shipping details to the email address you provided, when you placed your order once the item has been despatched. If you have not received this email, please ensure you check your junk mail or spam mailbox before contacting us.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Due to third party factors, delays may be possible over the peak periods.
International orders please allow at least 7-10 working days before contacting us.
All orders are V.A.T inclusive currently charged at 20%.

This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in the original resaleable condition.
