Main Source Returns Guide

Sometimes we understand an item just isn't right, here's what to do about it:

You will need a Main Source Returns Form, you can download it here: Main Source returns form.pdf

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, you need to notify us within 14 days of your order being received that you wish to return the item(s). These then need to be returned to us within a further 14 days from you notifying us for a refund or exchange.

Failure to notify us of your return or the return being received after the period stated above will mean we are unable to offer a refund and your goods will be returned to you.

The items need to be returned in exactly the same condition you received them in. This includes any plastic packaging on clothing, the shoe inserts and the outer box you received the item(s) in.

Please DO NOT return shoes in 'just' their original branded box taped shut or stickered up as they are then unsaleable. Please use the outter box they came in or use another box. Any shoes returned with the original branded box taped shut or damaged in any way will be refused and the item(s) will automatcally be returned to sender and will not be excepted for a refund or an exchange.

We can offer a refund or exchange but we will not refund the original postage costs or paypal fees, if you have simply changed your mind.

*Paypal no longer refund the fees for transactions.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of reciept of the item and you will receive a 'credit memo' email to confirm.

House Rules:

If you came into our store and tried on some shoes or clothes, you would treat those items with care and respect as you might not buy that item, please use that same attitude when trying shoes and clothes on at home that you have just received.

Please make sure that the item(s) are in exactly the same condition that you received them in, including no marks on the outsole, any debris stuck in the tread, visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable, this include the original branded box and or packaging. After being quality checked if the item(s) are deemed to be unsaleable we will return the goods to you at your own cost.

Occasionally we offer free items with your purchase. If you are returning your item for a refund any free item(s) must also be returned at the same time.

We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. You will be required to post the item(s) back to us and you will need to cover the cost of returning.

We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product.
