Chistmas 2023 Delivery information.

The last cut off delivery dates to get your orders before the big day


2PM GMT, Tuesday 19th December (Royal Mail 48hr)

2PM GMT, Wednesday 20th December (DHL Express)

Please be aware that ALL delivery couriers have a back log so you may not get your order next day and although the Express delivery option is a 24hr service it also isn't guarenteed for next day delivery.

Jan 2024 Shipping info

Our first DHL collection and shipping date of the year is Wednesday 2nd Jan 2023 and also the date we will resume shipping out orders placed after the 29th Dec 2022.


We understand that not everyone loves everything they receive at Christmas time. With that in mind our Holiday returns period will run as follows:

Any purchases made between 1st - 31st December 2023 can be returned but please adhere to the 14 day notice of return from the 1st January 2024 as stated in the returns section.

Any purchases made between these dates that arrive with us after the 31st of January 2024 will not be accepted. 

THE UK IS NO LONGER PART OF THE E.U SO TAX & DUTY CHARGES MAY BE INCURED. Please read below for further information.

Available to pick up from the store address between 13:00PM & 15:00PM GMT Monday to Friday (Not Saturdays) on any orders placed before 11:00AM the same day. Any orders placed after the 11:00AM cut off time will be ready to collect the following working day. Please email to arrange a collection date and time. (Please have your order confirmation & I.D Present)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 Working Days) : £4.95

Which courier do you use?

We use DHL & Royal Mail Tracked to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all our internet orders. You can choose between DHL Express, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 to suit your needs

When will my package arrive?

Items will be dispatched the same day provided the order is placed before 13:00PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless the order is placed after 13:00PM in which case delivery will be on Tuesday. A signature will be required on receipt, and if the parcel can't be delivered then the carrier will return it to the local depot and leave a card to notify you.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver for any reason, they will leave a 'Sorry you were out' card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange redelivery or collection.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, when we ship out items you receive a shipped notification email, the tracking number is located on it.

• DHL Express Worldwide - Zone 1/2 (1-2 Days) Up to 4.5kg : £20.00
• DHL Express Worldwide - Zone 3/4 (1-2 Days) Up to 4.5kg : £25.00

*Royal Mail - Which of these two services are used depends on your country: we will always ship using Tracked & Signed if available.

Will i have to sign for my package?

Yes someone will have to be at your address to sign for your package.

Royal Mail leave a calling card if you are out when they attempt delivery. You can notify them by phone or online at http://www.royalmail.com to redeliver or that you wish to collect from your local Royal Mail office. If in the event that your package comes back to us due to no-one present at your address or a non collection we will bill you the return to sender charge that we will have incurred on your behalf. Will i have to pay additional import duty, tax or charges?

Tax & Duty Charges :

Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. Main Source is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Main Source in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

How will my goods be packaged?

We double box all shoes and clothing to ensure we have done our best that your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please feedback to us immediately if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery.

We currently offer delivery to selected European countries via DHL Express & Royal Mail. We estimate that delivery will be made within 1-2 working days with DHL Express & 3-10 working days with Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon receipt. Prices quoted are for 1 item.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL depending on the service you choose. We'll send you an email once the order has been despatched to let you know which carrier has taken your parcel.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. Contact us and we can forward you a tracking number if available.

And when will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back.

Please state clearly on the returns section of the despatch note which item you want to exchange and for what.

If we haven't the stock available we'll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

You've sent me the wrong items

We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

EU and international returns

Should you need to return your goods, you will need to pay for the return postage.

Please ensure that you declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ for customs. If you fail to do so, we shall be charged import duty by customs. We shall pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods. You Should be able to find details about this in the documentation provided by most courier, if you are unsure, please contact your courier.
