Acapulco Gold is the creative vision of apparel industry veterans Augie Galan and Geoff Heath. Prior to starting AG, Augie and Geoff cut their teeth as one half of the design/production team at Supreme from the late 90s till the mid 2000s. When it was time to break out and take their ideas in a new direction, Acapulco Gold was born. Blessed with an immediate following, AG has since continued to build its reputation as a premium New York brand and one of the true independent labels in the industry today.

We initially started stocking Acapulco Gold early in 2106 after long talks to be one of the very few stores in the UK & Europe to represent the brand. The quality and design is always at the very highest standard and with many other brands around you can really see how AG go about doing their thing and living up to the slogans “Always Strong, Never Wrong” Built to fit Tough as shit” and the classic “A Sunny Place for Shady People” We have just had Fall 16 arrive, our biggest selection of AG to date and what a collection it is.

The Cut & Sew is superb taking inspirations from the hip hop scene with 'the chef’ range. A heads up to the snow beach wearing New York Based iconic rapper, to the extra thick made in Canada fleece crewnecks & hoodys, the cherry long sleeve 100% Cotton Oxford shirt which is washed twice before assembly to make sure it's pre-shrunk to perfection. This also helps in giving the print it's soft hand feel without fading the colour.

Not forgetting the crazy popular Lisa and Empire T-Shirts which gives a nod to the finest popular culture (Mona Lisa) and Narcos AKA Pablo AKA Pablo… With another drop for holiday on its way very soon Acapulco Gold is fastly becoming one of the top and personal favourite brands here at Main Source and do we love it, hell yeah we do!
